Horizontal and Vertical Distribution and Abundance of Zooplankton around the Swatch-of-No-Ground of Northern Bay of Bengal

This study assessed horizontal and vertical distribution abundance of zooplankton community in water samples collected from 26 stations at a depth 0 to 250 m the northern Bay Bengal. A total 55 species were identified where Copepod was 72.41% Ciliophora 8.62%. Among Copepod, 48%, 40% 12% Calanoid, Cyclopoid Harpacticoid respectively. also found 2 Decapod, Rotifer, Cladocera, 1 Chaetognatha Stomatopoda. Spatial varied station cruise cruise.
